Groups of Bible Lutheran
Bible Youth Group - (BYG)
(6th – 12th grade) Meets every Sunday from 5-6:30 pm. Each week there are games, prayer, teaching, and discussion on how God's word applies to our lives. |
Quilters Group
Every other Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. this group meets for fellowship, fun and a bit of food. Through the school year calendar this group of ladies (men are also welcome) create and assemble approximately 100 quilts that are donated to third world countries and those in need. All willing hands are welcome. No sewing skills are not required, but a sack lunch is. |
G.R.I.T.S.
(Gals Rich in the Spirit) Our very active ladies group meets the fourth Monday of each month for devotional time, social activities, and a variety of local community ministries. We also do the Loaves & Fishes ministry once each quarter. Come be a part of the Christian fellowship and service to others. |
KC Jam
(Kids Choir - Joy and Music) Calling all kids!! KC JAM invites all Pre-K through 5th graders to join us weekly each Wednesday from 5:30pm - 6:00pm. |
Adult Choir
The adult Choir extends an open invitation to men and women of any age to join the adult choir. Practices are Wednesdays from 6:15pm - 7:30pm; We sing Sunday mornings at 10:00am. Important note: You may join our choir at any time during the year. In addition to the regular Sunday services, we also have additional performances throughout the year based on the church calendar. The choir recesses for the summer months. |

M.O.B.
(Men of the Bible) Meets quarterly with other area LCMC churches for program and meal. MOB also participates and runs various cooking ministries through the Church Calendar Year. |
S.A.L.T.
(Seasoned Adults Living Triumphantly) Male & female area LCMC church members 50+ meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month from January - May from 12 noon - 2:00 pm. |
W.O.W.:
(Women of the Word) Meets quarterly with area LCMC churches for a program and meal. |

Committees of Bible Lutheran
Church Council –
Meets monthly and oversees all operations, programs, events of our church. Members are voted into office by the congregation for a 3-year term. The President, Vice President and Recording Secretary are elected from the nine Church Council members and serve in various capacities. |
Christian Education -
Meets monthly to oversee the teaching of the Word of God by providing SS, Confirmation & First Communion classes. Also oversees VBS, SS Promotion, Christmas Program, Easter Egg Hunt, Recognition of Graduates, etc. |
Worship & Music –
Meets monthly and works with the Pastor overseeing congregational worship – selects hymns, enlists and trains worship servants, coordinates special services, etc. |
Evangelism –
Meets monthly to oversee the mission outreach of the congregation into the community, develop outreach events, communicate with visitors and serve as greeters at worship. |
B.A.S.H. -
(Bereavement and Social Happenings) Meets for planning in February and throughout the year as needed. Cooks and serves meals for funerals, wedding, baby showers, Advent-Lenten Midweek, Annual Meeting, Anniversary Meal, etc. |
Property -
Meets monthly and works to oversee and maintain the church property and grounds by coordinating repairs and organizing the summer mowing & lawn care program. |
Finance and Stewardship –
Meets monthly to oversees the financial stability of our church by educating members about stewardship and bequests. Prepares the annual budget, reviews monthly financial reports, etc.
