Bible Youth Group
Bible Lutheran Youth Group (BYG) serves a big GOD!
"Don't let any look down on you because you are young, but set an example for
believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12
We help students take the next step in their faith and discipleship in a BYG way! Each week there are games, prayer, teaching, and discussion on how God's word applies to and impacts their lives.
We have lots of large group fun and small group discipleship! Our goal is to provide students a safe place where they feel seen and loved and can explore the Christian faith. We hope they learn not just what we believe and why we believe it, but to know Christ personally, grow in their relationship with Him, and make Him known to others. We encourage students to bring friends and we plan all gatherings with that in mind. We love making new friends!
Throughout the school year, we meet at the church on Sunday afternoons from 5-6:30 pm.
We also have service opportunities such as Hosanna Helpers, and other events throughout the year including a Summer Mission trip.

BYG is meeting Select Sunday evenings this Summer from 5:00-6:30 PM.
Our next BIG event is June 7th at 5pm We are going to Sky Zone.
We're planning to return around 9pm. Bring some money for dinner. 🙂
CALENDAR SUMMER 2026:
May 31: Meeting at New Ebenezer Retreat Center for VBS Youth 5:30-8:00 pm
June 1-5: VBS at New Ebenezer Retreat Center
June 10: Students help with Wee Wednesday 9am-12pm
June 21: Coffee and Cinnamon Rolls for the Father's of BLC NO BYG tonight Spend time w/ Dad :)
July 12-15: -Youth Camp Home Mission Trip at New Ebenezer Retreat Center. Youth will work with Blue Sky Acres and travel to Augusta for Top Golf and possibly the Riverwalk.
July 29: Students help with Wee Wednesday ALL DAY EVENT and out reach to Creekside. 7am-4pm
Aug 2: Blessing of the Backpacks and SS Promotion Sunday Breakfast 8:45am
Aug 16: RIOT KICKOFF 4:00-7:30 pm at New Ebenezer Retreat Center – pool time, food, fellowship, worship, Goshen Travelers praise music.
